Connolly Healthcare, the Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) for CMS Region C, posted nine new issues including two new DRG Validations, late on August 3, 2010. Medical Necessity is still not approved for review.
Seven Automated, Two Complex Review IssuesSeven of the new issues are for Automated Reveiw, and therefore require no records requests, no human review.
