You can trust the advanced technology of eduTrax® to protect confidential health information. The following technical requirements ensure a secure information infrastructure and user-friendly experience.

High Speed Internet Access. A high-speed Internet connection allows eduTrax® to perform inquiries and submissions at top speeds, returning the result you need in record time.

An Internet Browser with 128-bit Encryption. A higher browser version supports 128-bit encryption, which is the strongest form of encryption available for confidential transactions over the Internet. eduTrax® does not guarantee full functionality of the eduTrax® portal with Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) versions 4.x or lower or Netscape, AOL, CompuServe or other comparable browsers. Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher is required. However, we recommend NOT using Internet Explorer 6.x, as it poses a security risk to your own network. The latest version of Internet Explorer is available at no charge, as well as other modern browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox.

A 1024 x 768 or Greater Pixel Display. A screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels ensures the best experience while using the eduTrax® portal.

Frames, Graphics, and Java Browser Settings Enabled. Enabling frames, graphics, and Java in your browser will provide the best experience while using the eduTrax® portal.

Up-to-date Anti-virus and Security. Misconfigured computers, unpatched systems, and weak passwords account for up to 95% of security vulnerabilities. You should use challenging passwords and change them periodically. Never download attachments or software from sources unknown to you. It is important that someone in your organization establish technology best practices in order to keep your systems running smoothly with the latest possible security.
