CIA for St. Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta

In order to promote compliance with the statutes, regulations, and written directives of Medicare, Medicaid, and all other Federal health care programs, St. Joseph's Hospital entered into a Corporate Integrity Agreement, with the OIG. The document is in effect for five years from the date of inception.

This CIA is an integral part of the settlement reached with OIG and HHS.
